We ship across the UK with standard and express options, plus same-day courier delivery for eligible London and Hertfordshire postcodes.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is despatched you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your parcel. For DPD orders you'll get a 1-hour delivery window on the day.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first. If there's no update or something looks wrong, drop us a message and we'll look into it straight away.

My order arrived damaged — what happens next?
We're sorry to hear that. Please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been despatched yet, get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once it's with the courier we're unable to redirect it.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or University addresses at this time.

Will I have to pay customs charges on international orders?
For orders outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside our control.

How do I know if same-day delivery is available for me?
If your delivery postcode is eligible, the same-day option will appear automatically when you reach checkout. No need to check in advance.

Is there a cut-off time for same-day orders?
Yes — cut-off times vary by slot. You'll see the latest available times when selecting your delivery option at checkout.

Can I send an order as a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely — just enter the recipient's address at checkout. We don't include invoices or pricing in our parcels, so it's gift-ready straight out of the box.

What if I'm not in when my order arrives?
For DPD deliveries, you can rearrange or leave a safe place instruction via your tracking link. For standard deliveries, Royal Mail will leave a card with redelivery options.
