Your Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — however, please note:

Due to the perishable nature of the products we sell (i.e. food items), your right to cancel may not apply once the goods have been opened, unsealed, or are no longer in a resaleable condition for health protection or hygiene reasons.

If your order has already been dispatched, and the items are non-perishable, unopened, and in their original condition, we may accept a return at our discretion. Please contact us first to discuss the issue.


Refunds and Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our usual standard, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographs and order details so we can investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if:

  • The issue is reported beyond 7 days of delivery.

  • The item has been consumed, disposed of, or altered in a way that prevents inspection.

  • The issue is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. incorrect address provided).


Goods That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Food items that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.

  • Perishable goods that are by nature unsuitable for return.

  • Products damaged after delivery or not stored in accordance with the instructions provided.

  • Any personalised or made-to-order items.


Returns Process

If we have approved a return, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. We recommend using a tracked, insured delivery service.
